Welcome to The Bristol Wine & Food Fair

The first Bristol Wine and Food Fair was a huge success with a great turn out of people enjoying quality wine, dining and good food over the weekend. The wine and cheese marquees and chefs' masterclass were popular with the public with the tutored tastings, food and drink market and local restaurants all busy.

Mike Cardwell of Bristol Event Management said: "It was just great to see so many people enjoying themselves and taking part in the Fair whether it was tasting the wines, enjoying the food or just soaking up the atmosphere. We are really grateful to everyone who supported us in out first year, including all the exhibitors, the site team and of course the general public. We want to build on this year, looking at what worked well and what could perhaps be improved on so that we can come back with an even better event in 2009."
