Chefs' Master Class Programme 2009
The Chefs' Master Classes will be hosted by Barny Haughton of Bordeaux Quay and will feature South West based chefs, displaying their culinary skills. There will be eleven demonstrations of more than 30 dishes to showcase the diversity and talent represented throughout the west.
The Bristol Wine & Food Fair prides itself on the quality and individuality of the chefs we choose to perform in our theatre. In 2008, alongside the great names of cooking, we had the new generation of chefs emerging and the passion of the committed pioneers, enlighting us with their vision of what cooking can be.
This year's programme will be equally exciting, with some new inovative performances, from some of the latest additions to the South West's restaurant scene.
Latest news: Raymond Blanc is giving a masterclass in the Chef's Theatre during the Business and Hospitality Day on 10th July at 12.15. What's more there are a limited amount of free tickets for businesses on that day.
