Chefs Masterclass Programme 2009 - as seen on Raymond Blanc's BBC series, 'The Restaurant', December 2009

In 2009 the Chefs Masterclasses were hosted by Barny Haughton of Bordeaux Quay and featured chefs from the SouthWest, displaying their culinary skills. There were 11 demonstrations of more than 30 dishes which showcased the diversity and talent represented throughout the SoutWest.

The Bristol Wine & Food Fair prides itself on the quality and  individuality of the chefs we chose to perform in our theatre. In 2008, alongside the great names of cooking, we had the new generation of emerging chefs, working alongside the passion of the committed pioneers, enlighting us with their vision of what cooking can be.

2009's programme was equally as exciting, featuring innovative performances from some of the latest additions to the South West's restaurant scene.

The Chefs Masterclass Pavilion was also used by the BBC to film an episode of Raymond Blanc's 'The Restaurant' as televised in December 2009.
