Ticket Terms and Conditions for The Bristol Wine & Food Fair 2009

Please note the booking charge of 10% covers the credit card/PayPal transaction charge and postage.
Access to the site is strictly in line with the opening and closing times outlined here:

• Bristol Event Management Ltd operates a challenge 18 policy where the sale of alcohol is concerned. If you look under 18 you will be asked for photographic ID to prove you are over 18.
• All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Please allow 10 working days from ordering and paying for your tickets until arrival. Non arrival of tickets must be reported within 20 days from ordering.
• BEM Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission and has the right to conduct security searches.
• BEM Ltd reserve the right to remove any ticket holder from the event should their behavior constitute reasonable grounds for eviction. In particular abusive/disruptive or drunken behavior will not be tolerated.
• No re-admission, no refunds.
• This ticket is non transferable.
• BEM Ltd shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms & Conditions if the delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of god, war, civil disorder or industrial dispute.
• Bristol Event Management Ltd is unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses, or injuries sustained at this event.
• Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, whether commercial or non commercial, without the prior written consent of BEM Ltd.
• No alcohol / drinks / food / bottles / cans / illegal substances / perfume bottles / canisters to be brought into event site.
• All ticket holders consent to the photography/filming and/or sound recording of themselves as part of the audience.
• No animals will be allowed on site, except guide dogs.
• The organizers reserve the right to implement any restrictions/conditions deemed necessary before and during the event to ensure the safe management of the event site.
• Disabled facilities are available; please ask security on arrival at the event.
• Please keep the site tidy, use litterbins provided.
• As of July 2007 no smoking is permitted in enclosed public areas.
