The Bristol Wine & Food Fair has always prided itself on being innovative and contemporary when it comes to what type of food we offer our event visitors. In step with the times, our focus this year is Matching Wine with Food, promoting excellant cuisine and wine, at affordable prices.
This year at the Bristol Wine & Food Fair, we will offer all our visitors the opportunity to select dishes from our Harbourside Restaurant Menu, that has been specially designed for our event by John Ginster Catering.
''Having been approached to design the menu, at this year's Bristol Wine and Food Fair, a
number of things were abundantly obvious - we had to offer a mouth-watering menu that not
only catered for every palate, but was also realistically priced and comprised of decent sized

All restaurant dishes will be full sized and each dish will be matched with a compatable wine, that has been carefully chosen by the events wine experts, to perfectly match the food on offer.
