Mitch Tonks, the West countries best known fishmonger and owner of newly opened RockFish Grill & Seafood Market on Whiteladies Road in Bristol and The Seahorse in Dartmouth.
He has an undying passion for fish and seafood. As Waitrose mag recently said “if there’s a fishy fact Mitch Tonks doesn’t know, it’s not worth knowing”.
