Louise McCrimmon

Louise McCrimmon began her career with Harvey Nichols twelve years ago, joining the Leeds Fourth Floor Café and Bar when it launched in 1996. However, the opportunity for Louise to head her own team and launch the new Second Floor Restaurant in Bristol was too tempting.

Louise’s style is based on classic techniques, pure flavours, great textures and indulgent ingredients. Louise enjoys working with new and seasonal produce and her frequently changing breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner menus reflect this passion.

Prior to Harvey Nichols, Louise trained at Leith’s School of Food and Wine before spending two years working on a private barge hotel in Burgundy, where her passion for the local cooking and fine ingredients was ultimately established. Louise then spent seven years as a Head Chef, first at the Arts Café Bar in Leeds and then The Assembly Rooms, York.
