The Wine & Cheese Tasting Lecture Theatre 2009
This year at the Bristol Wine & Food Fair we have recruited some of the most well known and respected wine journalists and writers in the world, to host our wine tastings.
Our wine lectures will be an opportunity for them to share their wealth of knoweledge and experiances with wine, to inspire, entertain and enliven their chosen subjects. By the end of the Tasting Lectures, you will have learnt how to make better, informed choices about buying wine.
The UK boasts some fantastic artisan cheeses, our programme of tutored cheese tastings is an opportunity to celebrate their excellence and to feel proud about our food heritage. All cheeses tasted are available to purchase on-site, in most cases, direct from the producer.
Each seated tutored tasting involves sampling 6 wines/7 cheeses over the course of 40 minutes. They are about learning through enjoyment, enabling you to understand the range and diversity of the wines and cheeses available today.
Demand for tasting places will be high and you are well advised to book before the event to avoid disappointment, due to the limited number of available tickets per tasting.
